Description: Built
by Pullman in 1925 (Lot 4845, Plan 3410, Diagram 5; 12-section/one-drawing
room) as McGirth. Sold to
CNO&TP on December 31, 1948, for $2,792.77. Maintained name, but also given CNO&TP 3512. Reported to have saw service in
Cincinnati-Florida and Washington-Augusta trains. Retired by Southern Railway on November 10, 1964 and donated to
the chapter on October 9, 1965. Used
for several years in excursion service until damaged by small fire in
November, 1975. |
